2 week stay in the Wild Mae trainer’s home
Give your puppy the best start with a structured, hands on training experience designed to build confidence, good habits, and a strong foundation for life.
Perfect for: Puppies 12 weeks to 5 months old who are ready to work on potty training, crate training, socialization, confidence, basic obedience, and more.
Your puppy will build a strong foundation through age appropriate obedience, potty and crate training, house manners, leash skills, engagement, and impulse control. We’ll introduce basic commands like Sit, Down, Come, Place, Heel, and Stay/Wait while helping your puppy learn focus, patience, and good boundaries. They’ll also experience safe socialization with new people, environments, sounds, and appropriate dog interactions, all while following a balanced daily routine of training, play, enrichment, and rest.
Includes: 2 week stay in the Wild Mae trainer’s home
Regular updates, pictures, and videos throughout your puppy’s stay
A clicker sent home with you (Optional Add Ons Available: Complete Training Kit, Graduation Photo Package, and Go Home Spa Package)

2 Week Stay in the Wild Mae Trainer’s Home
This program is customizable to you and your pup! We’ll tailor your dog’s training stay to their individual needs, your lifestyle, and your long-term goals for your furry best friend.
Give your dog the structure, guidance, and training they need to become a more reliable and well mannered companion.
Perfect for: Dogs 5 months and older who need a stronger obedience foundation, better manners, improved impulse control, and more reliability in everyday life.
Your dog will build a solid foundation through structured obedience, leash work, impulse control, and real world distractions. We’ll teach core commands including Sit, Down, Heel, Place, Stay/Wait, Break, Recall, and No/Off while helping your dog understand boundaries and follow through even when distractions are present. We also work on common behavior challenges such as jumping, leash pulling, counter surfing, barking and overexcitement, door bolting, and general impulse control.

3 Week Stay in the Wild Mae Trainer’s Home
Take your dog’s training to the next level with advanced obedience and off-leash reliability, giving you more freedom to enjoy everyday life and new adventures together.
Perfect for: Dogs 6 months and older who already have a solid obedience foundation and are ready to build reliable off-leash skills, stronger communication, and more freedom in their everyday lifestyle.
This program includes everything in our 2 Week Basic Obedience Board & Train, with an additional week focused on building off-leash reliability. Your dog will continue strengthening their obedience while learning to respond reliably without the leash, even around real-world distractions and exciting environments.

2 Week Stay in the Wild Mae Trainer’s Home
A specialized training program designed for dogs struggling with severe reactivity, fearfulness, or aggression. Our goal is to better understand the root cause of your dog’s behavior, create clear communication, and build practical skills that help you and your dog navigate everyday life with more confidence.
Please note: Human aggression or severe human-directed reactivity is NOT accepted for this program. All behavior cases are evaluated individually to determine if this program is the right fit.
*This program is a head start, not a quick fix. Your dog will not come home “perfect” after two weeks. Behavior modification is a lifelong process, and continued consistency and training at home are essential for long-term success.
What We Work On: Your dog’s training will be customized around their individual needs and triggers. Depending on your dog, we may work on:
• Identifying and understanding your dog’s threshold
• Improving leash handling and communication
• Interrupting fixation and redirecting attention
• Building engagement around distractions
• Learning how to safely navigate other dogs at appropriate distances
• Practicing structured passing
• Building neutrality around dogs and other triggers
• Helping your dog settle and remain calm around other dogs
• Teaching basic obedience including Sit, Down, Place, Implied Stay, Leave It, Heel on leash, and at-home Recall

Apply & Connect
Ready to get started? Fill out our Board & Train application with information about your dog, their behavior, and what you’re hoping to accomplish through training.
Our application is lengthy for a reason! If you think it’s important, we want to hear it. The more honest and upfront you are, the better we can understand your dog and tailor their training program to meet their specific needs.
Once we receive your application, we’ll review everything and follow up with any questions or next steps.
After you apply, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. That includes a follow-up email or text with any questions I have about your dog/situation, our next availability dates, and instructions on how to reserve your spot through our client portal.
Reserve Your Spot
If Wild Mae feels like the right fit, you’ll create an account in our Client Portal, select one of the session dates we listed, and submit a booking request. Once I review and approve your booking request, your first 50% deposit will be charged and your session dates will be officially reserved.
You’ll then receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know, including drop-off instructions, vaccination requirements, and how to prepare for your dog’s stay.
Please note: All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a different available session date.
Lifetime support
Your dog’s training doesn’t end when they go home. Every Wild Mae program includes lifetime support because we’re here for you and your dog long after graduation.
If you experience a training setback, have trouble following through at home, or simply need a little extra guidance, you can schedule a 60-minute follow-up training lesson at no additional charge. These lessons are similar to your graduation lesson and are designed to help you work through challenges, refresh your skills, and get back on track.
You’re never on your own after graduation. We’re always here to help!
FOLLOW ALONG THROUGHOUT YOUR DOG’S STAY
One of the best parts of our Board & Train programs is getting to follow along throughout your dog’s training journey! Our Instagram Stories are a live play-by-play of what Board & Train looks like, with daily updates, training videos, adventures, and plenty of content featuring the dogs currently in our programs.
